Supervising the receipt of deliveries and goods from the suppliers

Follow up on the data entry process into the system for all materials received and entered into the warehouse.

Follow up on the evacuation and packing materials inside the warehouse and placing the appropriate labels according to their condition (waiting, rejected, under seizure)

Follow up on the inventory procedure periodically and according to the company’s policy. 

Requesting missing quantities of parts to the warehouse 

Follow up on entering invoices and matching them with the accounting department daily.

Follow up on the technician's inventory of maintenance parts.

Verify the replaced parts from the technical department according to their condition (sound or intact) and inform the maintenance employee if there is any defect.

Follow up on returns with the regional office to provide us with replacement part.

At least two years of experience in the same field
