- Follow up on outgoing communications and ensure company policies carry them out.
- Follow up on solving customer problems.
- Escalating difficult-to-resolve cases to the senior manager, marketing director, maintenance manager, or sales manager to solve them and ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Follow up on the problems and complaints collected by the quality assurance.
- Recording complaints and making statistics with the quality assurance on Excel table
- Preparing reports on marketing activities
- Follow up on the promotional offers provided by the company periodically to present them to customers by phone.
- At least two years of experience in the same field
- Proficiency in the English language
- University Degree
