  • Follow up on incoming communications and ensure all problems and complaints are closed.
  • Follow up on outgoing communications and ensure company policies carry them out.
  • Follow up on solving customer problems.
  • Escalating difficult-to-resolve cases to the senior manager, marketing director, maintenance manager, or sales manager to solve them and ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Follow up on the problems and complaints collected by the quality assurance.
  • Recording complaints and making statistics with the quality assurance on Excel table
  • Preparing reports on marketing activities
  • Follow up on the promotional offers provided by the company periodically to present them to customers by phone.
  • At least two years of experience in the same field
  • Proficiency in the English language
  • University Degree
